As the sun sets behind the iconic waved roof and dew starts to form on the grass, Metricon Stadium comes alive. But taking to the field aren't our men in red and gold, it's you, sleeping bag and midnight snacks in tow. 

The annual Gold Coast SUNS Sleepout is the perfect way to experience Metricon Stadium in a completely new light while supporting our Community partner, the Gold Coast Community Fund

This year's Sleepout is jam-packed with activities for kids big and small- movies playing on the video board, the AFL Playground and kick-to-kick, all sure to tire you out ready to slumber under the stars on the Metricon Stadium field. 

The Gold Coast Community Fund is the nominated charity of the Gold Coast SUNS Horizons program, which focusses on key areas that impact the Gold Coast community including Youth Homelessness, Domestic Violence and the northern growth region. 

Activities

  • Angry Birds and Ghostbusters played on the big screen
  • Domestic Violence awareness oath with White Ribbon ambassadors and GC SUNS players
  • Raffle and auction prizes
  • AFL Playground
