When will 2011 Membership package information become available?

2011 Gold Coast SUNS Membership information packages will be sent to 2010 Members in the first week of November, 2010.

If any of your contact details have changed, make sure you contact our customer service centre on 1300 661 933 or send us an email to gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au to update your account.

So that 2010 Members can access the best seats in the house in 2011, there will be a four week priority period given to processing their renewal and seating preferences.

Renewal applications received in the month of November will be allocated based on priority level and date of receipt order. (See below for Priority Category info)

So that there are no surprises for our members in November, please note that the general public will have access to buy new memberships at the same time as existing members are considering their renewal. 

There will be no disadvantage to 2010 members as the allocation of new member preferences will not commence until December (after the four week priority period for renewing members).

If you are not yet a member of the Gold Coast SUNS but would like to join us for 2011, you are now able to place a deposit on your 2011 package prior to our November launch date!

The deposit amount is $50.00 per person and you can simply phone 1300 661 933 or click here to make your deposit payment today.

Please note that 2011 Membership deposits are non-refundable.

Wanting to sit with your family and friends in 2011?

Gold Coast SUNS 2010 members, will be entitled to purchase one 2011 membership package throughout the priority period (for every 2010 Membership purchased, i.e. if they purchased two memberships in 2010, they will be entitled to purchase two 2011 memberships).

If 2010 Members are looking to sit with someone who didn’t get around to becoming a member in 2010, or is in a different priority level, they can still renew and lodge an application with them, but to be fair to all of our 2010 members, we will hold off allocating their seats until all Priority A, B and C groups have had their seating requests met.

Member Priority Categories

Priority A – 2009 Members who renewed in 2010 
Priority B – 2009 Members who renewed in 2010 and added new members into their group.
Priority C – 2010 new Members
Priority D – New 2011 Members who pay a $50 deposit throughout September and October.

Once reserved seat requests have been processed for the above priority groups, we will then be processing reserved seat requests made by the general public.

2009 Foundation Members (Priority A & B)

2009 Members who renewed their membership for 2010 will be classified as Priority A when 2011 Memberships are being processed.

2009 Members, who renewed in 2010 and also added additional new members to their group, will be classified as Priority B Category when 2011 memberships are processed.

2009 Members that did not renew their membership in 2010 are classified as Foundation Members, but as their membership lapsed in 2010 they will receive priority D level if they choose to purchase a 2011 Membership. 

2009 Members will be recognised within the Bricolage at the new Gold Coast Stadium.

2010 Foundation Members (Priority C)

Those who have risen up and joined the Gold Coast SUNS as Foundation Members in 2010, will be recognised within the Bricolage at the new Gold Coast Stadium.

2010 Members are classified as Priority C for 2011 Memberships processing.

2010 Members, who renew in 2011 and add additional new members to their account, will be classified as Priority D Category throughout the 2011 membership processing period.
