Adelaide has cemented a club-record fifth straight win to start its season with a 67-point win over Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium.

The Crows shared the load amongst the midfielders and forwards, finishing with 13 individual goal scorers and a 23.15 (153) to 13.8 (86) victory.

The loss puts a halt to the SUNS’ two-game win streak.

Callum Ah Chee embraced his return to the seniors, setting the tone early to kick the SUNS’ first of the game.

He went on to kick five, a career best, while captain Tom Lynch had a quieter night out than last week with two majors.

Brandon Matera, Aaron Hall, David Swallow and Alex Sexton also hit the scoreboard, but it wasn’t enough to overthrow the Crows.

Adelaide ran hard, repeatedly outnumbering the SUNS at the contest and used the ball to their advantage for four quarters.

Jack Leslie did an admirable job on Tex Walker, a sizeable task for the young defender, holding the Crow captain to two goals.

Michael Barlow showed his experience, finishing with 36 disposals (12 contested), nine marks and four tackles.

While duel Brownlow Medalist Gary Ablett continued his run of good form collecting 33 possessions to be amongst the SUNS best.
