Darcy Macpherson’s prolific NEAFL form has seen him elevated to the SUNS senior list.

Macpherson replaces midifelder Michael Barlow on the senior list after he was placed on the long-term injury list.

The 19-year-old joined Gold Coast in the 2015 Rookie Draft (selection no. 21) as a small forward, however has seen increased midfield time at NEAFL level this season.

Averaging over 30 disposals per game, the Victorian has been named among the best on several occasions during 2017.

Macpherson’s elevation to the senior list gives him the chance to add to the four senior appearances he made in his debut season.

The official paperwork for the elevation was approved by the AFL on Thursday.
