The Gold Coast SUNS can confirm Gary Ablett will take to the field for the SUNS’ Round 17 match against Collingwood on Saturday afternoon.
Ablett missed Round 16 with a hamstring injury, and although he was named in the SUNS official line-up on Thursday, goldcoastfc.com.au confirmed the champion midfielder would still need to complete training on Friday.
The Little Master is among four inclusions for the SUNS ahead of their match with Collingwood, with Michael Rischitelli also poised to make his return to senior football after 12 months on the sidelines with an ACL injury.
