The Gold Coast SUNS have traded a series of draft selections with the West Coast Eagles on the last day of trade period. 

The SUNS will receive the West Coast Eagles' 2018 future first round selection and selection 50 in the 2017 NAB AFL National Draft. 

In return West Coast receives selections 21, 26 & 37 in the 2017 NAB National Draft and the GC SUNS' 2018 future second round selection.
