Key forward Josh Kennedy returns for West Coast

West Coast welcome back star key forward Josh Kennedy for their clash against Gold Coast this Saturday.

Kennedy comes into the side and, alongside Jack Darling, is likely go head-to-head with SUNS defenders Rory Thompson and Steven May at Optus Stadium.

It will be the forward's first game of the season and the SUNS will be keen to ensure he has a quiet game.

Utility Liam Duggan is the other change, with exciting forward Liam Ryan (injured) and Mark Hutchings (omitted) coming out of the team.

Gold Coast will be hoping to spoil the party when the Eagles celebrate milestone games for Mark LeCras (200th game) and Nic Naitanui (150th).
