From 14 April 2022, the Queensland Government no longer requires fans to be fully vaccinated or to check-in when visiting Metricon Stadium.
It remains important to continue observing general health and safety principles while supporting your team. With this in mind, please continue to:

Due to the anticipated crowd at Metricon Stadium, we recommend arriving early at the venue to allow additional time for entry.
Parking & Transport
Pre-paid parking into the Blue Carpark is now exhausted.
Ticket holders with a parking pass can enter the carpark, directly across the road, via Nerang-Broadbeach Road (heading westbound).
Taxis and Ride Share vehicles can drop off and pick up passengers outside the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre. The public drop off and pick up is located across the road at the Blue Carpark.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to track closures on the Beenleigh & Gold Coast lines, buses will replace all train services between Park Road & Varsity Lakes on Game Day. Please allow additional travel time if travelling to the ground by train this weekend.
Shuttles from Nerang Station, Boowaggan Road Park'n'Ride and Broadbeach South Station will commence at 5.30pm.

What can I bring to Metricon Stadium?
Bags will be searched on entry to Metricon Stadium.
Water in a sealed, plastic container, up to a maximum of 1.5L, will be permitted into the Stadium. Any unsealed bottles will be emptied at the entry gates. You will be able to refill your bottles with water from any open bar – just ask the bar staff to refill your bottle. Soft drinks or other non-alcoholic drinks will be permitted in a sealed, plastic container, up to a maximum of 600mL. All other sizes or unsealed bottles will be emptied on entrance to the Stadium.
Patrons may bring homemade food items or special dietary requirements into the Stadium provided they are packaged appropriately, and the items can be easily viewed by security if requested. Commercially branded takeaway food and beverage will not be allowed into the Stadium. No items in glass, crockery or cans will be allowed into the Stadium, including glass water bottles. All Thermos items will be searched by security.

Daryl Braithwaite LIVE!
One of Australia’s most famous and loved artist’s, Braithwaite will perform in the build-up to the Saturday night blockbuster to kickstart what promises to be a night full of entertainment for young and old.
The Aussie rock icon will perform his worldwide hit, The Horses, to a packed audience of what’s anticipated to be 20,000 people at Gold Coast’s premiere music, football and entertainment venue.
Gates will open at 5:30pm, with Darryl Braithwaite to perform on field at 6:30pm sharp. Following the performance, a Fireworks show will light up the night for all SUNS fans to witness.

Kids Zone & Activities
There is PLENTY for the whole family to do before watching the SUNS face Collingwood. Check out all the kids activities in the Kids Zone including bungy trampolines, laser tag, a glow stick disco and a colouring-in station and take a ride on the Little Legends Express.
