The Gold Coast SUNS have been advised by the AFL the club’s Round 20 fixture against Melbourne at Metricon Stadium has been postponed.

The match was originally scheduled to be played at 3:10pm but the AFL has had to postpone the match due to the announcement that parts of Queensland would enter a three-day lockdown from 4pm today.

The match against Melbourne will be rescheduled for a new date and time to be advised by the AFL.

The SUNS preparations for the remainder of the season will continue and the club will remain flexible moving forwards, to ensure the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership continues to progress.

More information for members and fans will be communicated once details of the remaining games are locked in.

Refunds and enquiries for customers who initially purchased tickets for the Round 20 match will be processed through Ticketek. Click here for more information.
