SUNS home games currently look very different to past games at Metricon Stadium, and as such we require the cooperation of all attendees to follow the health and safety advice from QLD Health and Metricon Stadium.

Upon redeeming a ticket, you accept the responsibility and risk of attending this game, and agree to follow all directions provided by venue staff. QLD Health has allowed all QLD Stadiums to reach a capacity of 100%, meaning there will be more attendees in the Stadium than during 2020. You will be sitting next to, behind, and in front of other people not from your household or purchase group.

It is strongly encouraged that all attendees wear masks to, from and while at the game due to the close proximity of patrons – please bring your own mask to the game. There will be hand sanitiser available at the Stadium, however attendees must bring masks, gloves, or other PPE items, if they wish to. Patrons are encouraged to wash hands and sanitise regularly, as well as cough or sneeze into a tissue or their elbow. Please remember to always observe social distancing where possible and if not possible to have your mask on.

SUNS Merch
Visit the team at Gate 1 to grab some SUNS merch before, during or after the match.

All attendees have been allocated a specific seat via their ticket. Attendees must sit in the allocated seat as shown on their ticket. If there is an issue with your ticket, please let one of the usher staff know. Do not move seats without approval from Metricon Stadium staff.

There will be no spare seats between your group and the next group of ticket-holders, all patrons will be sitting next to, behind and in front of each other within each section. This is approved by QLD Health, and Metricon Stadium will not relocate groups if you don’t wish to sit next to someone else.

Please note: tickets in sections 201 – 228R are on Level 2 and are not accessible by a lift. If you or any of your guests have a mobility issue preventing them from using stairs, please contact prior to arriving.

Your Ticket and Entry
Entry tickets will be sent directly to your mobile phone. Please ensure your mobile phone is charged to allow your tickets to scan on arrival at the Stadium. Your ticket shows the gate number you must enter through – your ticket will not scan at any other gate. Gates Open at 12.45pm and will close at the start of the fourth quarter.

Listed on your ticket will be a zone in which your seat is located. In order to comply with COVID Safe venue plans, you will need to remain in your zone. There will be toilets and food and beverage facilities within your zone. Staff will be on hand to assist if required.

Customer Service on the Day
Our membership team will be available at the customer service window located at Gate 1, as well as the Metricon Terrace.
