The Gold Coast SUNS have today premiered an original documentary streaming on AFL on Demand.
Filmed and produced in-house by SUNS Media, It’s Up to Us follows SUNS players Matt Rowell, Oleg Markov and Sean Lemmens through the 2021 AFL season as they balance home life and football.
The documentary includes raw never-before-seen footage of Rowell in the moments immediately following his knee injury in the first round of the season.
It also has deep emotive moments throughout, particularly when highlighting the impact Lemmens has had on his young family and Markov’s background and family history.
