TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This promotion commences at [12:00pm] on [05/04/2025] and ends at [11:59m] on [31/10/2025] (the “Promotional Period”). This promotion is made available by Zambrero Australia Pty Ltd (“Zambrero”) of Suite 1, Level 11, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. During the Promotional Period, if the opposition team scores 10 or more behinds at any SUNS AFL home game (“Eligible Game”) or 7 or more behinds at any SUNS AFLW home game (“Eligible Game”) , any person who either (1) held a ticket to that game or (2) is a SUNS member, will be eligible to redeem a Buy One Get One Free offer at any South East Queensland Zambrero restaurant (excluding Hervey Bay and including Ballina Lismore and Murwillumbah) on the Tuesday following the Eligible Game (“Offer Day”) (Tuesday 8th April, Tuesday 29th April, Tuesday 13th May, Tuesday 20th May, Tuesday 3rd June, Tuesday 1st July, Tuesday 15th July, Tuesday 29th July, Tuesday 5th August, Tuesday 19th August, Tuesday 26th August, Tuesday 2nd September, Tuesday 9th September, Tuesday 23rd September, Tuesday 7th October, Tuesday 21st October, Tuesday 28th October provided that the minimum behinds were scored as set out above).
3. Customer must show proof of ticket from corresponding Eligible Game or active Gold Coast SUNS membership to redeem offer.
4. Buy One Get One Free Offer consists of one (1) additional regular Classic Burrito or Bowl of equal or lesser value for free when you purchase one (1) regular Classic Burrito or Bowl. Limited to one redemption per person per Eligible Game. Not transferable or redeemable for cash. No rain checks. Available in South East Queensland restaurants (excluding Hervey Bay and including Ballina Lismore and Murwillumbah) on the relevant Offer Day only, not redeemable via delivery platforms.
5. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Zambrero may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend or modify the offer, subject to State or Territory regulation.
6. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where permitted by law, Zambrero’s liability in respect of the Promotion is limited, in Zambrero’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services. Despite anything to the contrary, neither party will be liable under these Terms for any consequential, special or indirect loss whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise, other than liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. Zambrero will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused or contributed to by any event or circumstance which is beyond Zambrero’s reasonable control.
8. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
