The Gold Coast SUNS have elevated Academy product Jesse Joyce off the rookie list to replace Brayden Fiorini, who was placed on the long term injury list last Thursday.

Joyce, selected with pick No. 67 in the 2015 Rookie Draft, is a Gold Coast local and was part of the SUNS Academy for five years, beginning the development program at the age of 14.

The 18-year-old has performed well at NEAFL level so far this season, averaging 18.4 disposals per game in five games.
