The Gold Coast SUNS hosted the first edition of the Business Networking series presented by Huawei on Thursday night at Metricon Stadium.

After listening to feedback during the last year from the club’s corporate client base, the SUNS decided there was a need to hold a networking event.

Over 100 corporates and sponsors attended the event, hearing from some of the club’s leaders regarding the direction of the football club.

“It was great to kick start our 2016 corporate campaign with many of our most loyal supporters,” GC SUNS Chief Commercial Officer, Paul Pamenter told goldcoastfc.com.au.

“We are very fortunate to have so many engaged sponsors and partners and to have Huawei support our new business networking series will allow us to grow this part of our business and help drive some genuine business-to-business outcomes for our partners.”

Senior coach Rodney Eade outlined the off-season changes to the football department, including the appointment of new high performance coach Justin Cordy, as well as the new playing personnel acquired during the player exchange period.

CEO Andrew Travis went through the finer details regarding the club’s new exciting training and administration facility that is well underway.
