While the Gold Coast SUNS couldn’t get the job done against North Melbourne on Saturday at Metricon Stadium, there were still a number of players who had impressive individual performances in the red and gold.
The two key forwards on the night in Tom Lynch and Peter Wright kicked seven goals between them. Lynch took eight marks and booted four goals, while Wright also finished with eight marks and three goals to go with his 17 disposals.
Aaron Hall was again prolific in the midfield with 32 disposals, while Matt Rosa (29 disposals, seven marks), Gary Ablett (28 disposals, six clearances) and Michael Rischitelli (25 disposals) also got their hands on the footy regularly.
Nick Malceski was good on the wing with 23 disposals and five rebound 50s.
