With captains Tom Lynch and Steven May out of this Saturday’s clash against the Western Bulldogs due to injury, there will be two certain changes to the team that will travel to Ballarat.

The SUNS’ NEAFL side came away with a solid win, with several players putting their hand up for selection after performing well.

Midfielder Aaron Hall was notable, collecting 33 touches and kicking two goals to be among the best for the reserves, while rookie Jacob Dawson once again played a tagging role to great effect.

Callum Ah Chee played a full game and may have done enough to prove that he has fully recovered from his hamstring injury.

Others to impress during the NEAFL were Will Brodie, Charlie Ballard and Brayden Crossley.

Should the SUNS’ match committee opt to bring in some experience to cover for Lynch and May’s absence, then veteran Michael Rischitelli could come into the frame having been an emergency last week.
