Amy Shark will headline the SUNS pre-game show when the team returns to Metricon Stadium for the Round 11 match against the Geelong Cats on Saturday June 2.

In the lead up to the match, the team at goldcoastfc.com.au is counting down the days until the boys run out with a new reason each day to make it to Metricon on Saturday afternoon.

Joining Shark for the pre-game show kicking off at 3:45pm will be a fireworks display as well as a traditional Aboriginal & Torres Straight Island performance to celebrate the 2018 Sir Doug Nicholls Round.

GC SUNS CEO Mark Evans said Shark’s performance as part of the 45-minute pre-game show was a fantastic way to celebrate the SUNS returning to Metricon Stadium.

“AFL is coming back to Metricon Stadium and we want Gold Coasters to get out and support both Amy and the Gold Coast SUNS on June 2, as footy and a full afternoon of activities for the family return to Metricon Stadium,” Evan’s said.

“Amy is a fantastic local Gold Coast talent who has burst onto the scene over the last couple of years and we can’t wait for her to rock Metricon, before the match gets underway.”

As usual, all match day ticket holders receive free public transport to and from the match.

Simply present your ticket on Surfside Buses, QLD Rail services and the G:Link. Shuttle buses will operate from Nerang Station, Broadbeach South Station Event bus stop and park & ride facility at Boowaggan Rd, Merrimac.
