The AFL today announced it had finalised the fixture for round 23 of the 2018 Toyota AFL Premiership season, which will see Gold Coast take on Geelong at 1.45pm at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday August 25. 

Round 23 had been left as a floating round when the fixture was announced in late 2017. 

The schedule of games will be as follows:

Friday August 24
Port Adelaide v Essendon, Adelaide Oval, 7.50pm (Seven)

Saturday August 25
Geelong Cats v Gold Coast SUNS, GMHBA Stadium, 1.45pm (Foxtel) 

Richmond v Western Bulldogs, MCG, 2.10pm (Foxtel)
Fremantle v Collingwood. Optus Stadium, 4.35pm (Foxtel)
Sydney Swans v Hawthorn, SCG, 7.25pm (Seven)
Carlton v Adelaide Crows, Etihad Stadium, 7.25pm (Seven)

Sunday August 26
Brisbane Lions v West Coast Eagles, Gabba, 1.10pm (Foxtel)
