Midfielder Aaron Hall’s early season dominance is being recognised externally, with Melbourne radio station 3AW giving him 13 of a possible 15 votes in their 2016 Player of the Year award after three rounds.

Sydney’s Luke Parker is next best with 10 votes.

Tasmanian Hall is leading the AFL in total disposals with 108 at an average of 36 per game, ahead of Hawthorn’s Sam Mitchell (102), St Kilda’s Leigh Montagna (100) and Parker (99).
