The capacity crowd on hand to celebrate the first ever night match at Simonds Stadium were silenced for large portions of the match as the Gold Coasters put together one of their most inspired performances of the season.
Led by Captain Gary Ablett, the Gold Coasters found the middle of the big sticks on ten occasions, while Campbell Brown led the goal scoring with three majors.
