Humphrey joined the SUNS with pick 6 in the 2022 AFL Draft and is a midfielder/forward who has game-winning traits. A powerful and tough player, Humphrey can play both on-ball or deep forward where he’s equally capable overhead and on the ground. Humphrey had an outstanding debut season, playing 19 games, where he proved he can handle the rigours of playing in the midfield at AFL level. His performances saw him nominated for the 2023 Rising Star, while the young gun also signed a four-year contract extension until the end of 2028.
