  1. Promoter
  • The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).
  1. Competition Period

  • The competition commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Thursday 15 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 6 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).

  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  • Immediate family means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling or household member.
  1. How to Enter
  • To enter, eligible individuals must complete the competition entry form during the Competition Period and provide all required information.
  • Entrants must be opted in to receive email and SMS communications from the Gold Coast SUNS at the time of entry.
  • Limit of one (1) entry per person.
  1. Prize Details
  • There are two (2) prizes to be won.
  • Each prize consists of one (1) $250 Ticketek Australia Gift Voucher.
  • Total prize pool value is $500 AUD.
  1. Prize Conditions
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Prizes will be issued electronically via email only. No physical vouchers will be sent.
  • Ticketek Gift Voucher terms and conditions apply, including but not limited to:
    • Ticket Insurance does not apply to this product.
    • Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for events on sale through the Ticketek call centre and via the Ticketek Agency network.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with redeeming the prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details, or for prizes not received due to email filtering, spam settings, technical issues or system errors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  1. Draw Details
  • The draw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 9 February at the Gold Coast SUNS headquarters.

  • Two (2) winners will be randomly selected via a random electronic draw.

  1. Winner Notification
  • Winners will be notified via the email address supplied in the entry form within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • Winners must respond and accept the prize within 14 days of notification.
  1. Unclaimed Prizes
  • If a winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a replacement winner will be drawn at the same location using the same method.
  1. Third Party Disclaimer
  • Ticketek is not the promoter of this competition and is not responsible for the administration, fulfilment or conduct of the promotion.
  • Any questions or issues relating to Ticketek Gift Vouchers should be directed to Ticketek in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions.
