WIN OPENING ROUND TICKETS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).

  1. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees, directors, and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, as well as their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
2.3 Entry is limited to one per person unless otherwise specified.

  1. Competition Period

The competition opens 12:01am AEST on 28 November 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 18 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form provided by the Promoter during the Competition Period. No purchase is necessary to enter.

  1. Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize consisting of two (2) tickets to the Gold Coast SUNS v Geelong Opening Round AFL match held on Friday, 6 March 2026 (“Prize”).
5.2 Ticket category and seat allocation are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and may not be disclosed prior to ticket delivery.
5.3 The Prize includes tickets only. It does not include travel, accommodation, or any other ancillary costs incurred by the winner.
5.4 The monetary value of the Prize is not disclosed

5.5 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
5.6 If the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to relevant legislation.

  1. Draw and Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw on 19 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises or another designated Gold Coast location.
6.2 The winner will be notified via email using the contact details supplied in their entry form.
6.3 The Promoter may request proof of age and identity to confirm eligibility before awarding the Prize.

  1. Delivery of Prize

The digital tickets will be provided to the winner on Monday, 3 March 2026, unless otherwise advised by the Promoter.

  1. Unclaimed Prize

If the Prize is not claimed within two (2) months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted at the original draw location.
The redraw winner will be contacted via email within two business days of the redraw.

  1. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or incorrectly submitted entries.
9.2 The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9.4 Entrants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
9.5 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
