Promoter

  1. The promoter is Kingmill Pty Ltd t/a SIXT Australia (ABN 58 003 966 649) of Level 13/151 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 & Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (together, the "Promoter").

Nature of the Promotion

  1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining any winner. Winners are determined by the entrant’s skill in interpreting the published clues and being the first eligible entrant to attend the identified location.

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18.
  2. Employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, SIXT Australia, Gold Coast Football Club, Bastion and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

  1. The promotion commences with the release of the first clue on 2 July 2026 (48 hours before the first activation) and closes at the conclusion of the final activation on the Gold Coast v Brisbane game day, Saturday 15 August 2026.

How to Enter

  1. The promotion runs across three Gold Coast SUNS fixtures: Gold Coast v Bulldogs on 19 July 2026 (Gold Coast), Gold Coast v Carlton on 25 July 2026 (Melbourne), and Gold Coast v Brisbane (Brisbane), 15 August 2026.
  2. For each city, three clues are released on the SIXT Australia and Gold Coast SUNS social media channels: the first approximately 48 hours before the game day activation, the second approximately 24 hours before, and the third on game day.
  3. Each clue narrows the location. The final clue, released on game day, identifies the location and marks the start of the race.
  4. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Entry is made in person by attending the identified location.
  5. The first eligible entrant to reach the location and present themselves to the nominated SIXT representative wins that city’s prize. One prize is available per city. 

Determination and Notification of Winner

  1. The winner for each city is the first eligible entrant to attend the identified location and present to the nominated SIXT representative, as determined by that representative. The representative’s determination is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. To claim, the winner must satisfy the SIXT representative that they are an Australian resident aged 18 years and over, provide valid photo identification on request, and complete and sign a declaration of eligibility and a release before the prize is confirmed.
  3. If the first entrant to arrive cannot establish eligibility or declines the prize, the prize passes to the next eligible entrant to arrive at that location.
  4. The winner is notified in person at the time of winning. The winner’s first name, last initial and city will be published on www.goldcoastfc.com.au following that city’s activation.
  5. Arrangements to redeem the prize are made directly with the confirmed winner.
  6. If no eligible entrant attends and is identified at a location during the published activation window, the Promoter may award that city’s prize at its discretion.

Prize Details

  1. Three (3) prizes are available, one per city.
  2. Prizes 1 and 2 each consist of: two (2) corporate tickets to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final (Crown Palladium, Level 2A), a Visa gift card to the value of $2,000 (including GST) toward travel requirements including flights and accommodation & a $500 SIXT rental voucher to be used in one rental only.
  3. Prize 3 consists of: two (2) corporate tickets to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final (Centrepiece, Level 1), a Visa gift card to the value of $2,000 (including GST) toward travel requirements including flights and accommodation & a $500 SIXT rental voucher to be used in one rental only.
  4. The total prize pool is valued at $27,780 AUD (including GST).

Prize Conditions

  1. Each prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable, subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority.
  3. Any incidental or additional costs not specified, including travel to and from a suitable Australian departure airport, are the responsibility of the winner.
  4. Any changes to standard travel arrangements, such as flight date adjustments, alternative routing, hotel modifications or additional services, are at the winner’s expense and payable at the time of booking.
  5. All tickets are provided subject to, and governed by, the terms and conditions imposed by any applicable third parties.

General Conditions

  1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry (and any entrant) it reasonably suspects has entered:
    • using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including personal or contact details;
    • through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; or
    • otherwise in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to any applicable state or territory requirements.
  4. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury or damage except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law.
  5. The Promoter may require a winner to provide proof of identity before awarding a prize. Acceptable identification is at the Promoter’s discretion. A winner may be required to sign any document the Promoter requires, including a legal release and indemnity or a declaration confirming eligibility.
  6. Winners consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and winning moment for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the promotion results in supplies being made for non-monetary consideration for GST purposes, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that, where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST-inclusive market value.
  8. Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference to dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to Australian currency, and all dollar amounts are inclusive of GST.

Voucher use & Restrictions
18. The prize will be issued as a digital voucher and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or certificate.
19. Unused portions of the voucher are non-refundable.
20. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, either in whole orin part
21. Lost, stolen, expired or cancelled vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
22. Once issued, vouchers cannot be cancelled unless voided by My Cruises, redeemed infull or expired
23. Vouchers must not be resold, auctioned or used for advertising, promotional, competition or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of My Cruises.

Availability & Forfeiture
24. Cruise and accommodation availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
25. Accommodation is based on twin-share occupancy.
26. Cruise accommodation will be in a guaranteed cabin within the prize category. The specific cabin number will be allocated by the cruise line closer to departure.
27. Failure to book by 31 October 2026 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
28. If the cruise is cancelled by the cruise line for operational, commercial or redeployment reasons, the prize will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by Ignite Travel Group.
29. Any replacement prize or alternative travel arrangements will be at the sole discretion of Ignite Travel Group

38. The prize must be booked through Ignite Travel Group and requires advance reservation.
39. The prize must be booked by 31 October 2026.
40. Travel is valid on the 11 December 2026 cruise departure only.
41. Where required, one night's pre-cruise accommodation on 10 December 2026 will be provided for winners travelling by air. Eligibility will be determined by Ignite Travel Group based on the winner's residential address and available flight schedules.
42. The prize includes either:
· return economy class air travel from the winner's nearest eligible Australian capital city (Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth); or
· for winners whose residential address is within the Sydney metropolitan area, return private transfers between their residential address and the Sydney Cruise Terminal.
43. A maximum airfare allowance of AUD $400 per person ex MEL, BNE, ADE or AUD$700 per person ex PER applies. Any airfare costs exceeding this amount are the responsibility of the winner.
44. All flights will be selected and booked at the sole discretion of Ignite Travel Group.
45. The prize is personal to the named recipient, is non-transferable and all travel must be taken together.
46. Any incidental or additional costs not specifically listed as part of the prize, including travel to and from the departure airport, meals (unless stated), gratuities, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, spending money and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
47. Any changes to the standard travel arrangements included in the prize, including flight changes, alternative routing, accommodation upgrades or additional services, will be at the winner's expense. Payment for any additional services will be required at the time of booking.

Fraud & Misuse
52. My Cruises reserves the right to cancel or invalidate any voucher it reasonably believes has been:
· obtained fraudulently;
· resold or offered for resale without authorisation; or
· used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
53. My Cruises may also cancel any booking made using an invalid voucher, including bookings containing non-refundable components.
54. My Cruises accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred where a fraudulent or cancelled voucher is presented for redemption.
55. Where reasonably practicable, My Cruises will endeavour to notify affected customers before cancelling a voucher or booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter
1. The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).

Eligibility
2. Entry is open to Australian residents (excluding those residing in New South Wales and the Australia Capital Territory) over the age of 18.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.
4. Only one eligible entry per person will be accepted.
5. The entrant/winner must be aged 18 years or over. The three (3) accompanying passengers may be under 18 years of age, subject to Royal Caribbean's age and passenger eligibility requirements.

Promotion Period
6. The competition commences on Tuesday 15th September 2026 at 9:00am AEST and closes on Sunday 4th October 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.

How to Enter
7. Eligible Entrants must complete the digital link (questionnaire) provided via official communications from the Gold Coast SUNS and Mamamia.
8. The questionnaire was created by Gold Coast SUNS in partnership with Ignite Travel Group (“My Cruises”).

Judging Criteria
9. The prize winner will be selected at random. This is a game of chance, not skill.
10. This will take place Monday 5th October 2026 at 11:00am AEST. The winner will be notified via phone and in writing within 2 days and announced on https://www.goldcoastfc.com.au.

Prize Details
11. Return economy class flights for four (4) from nearest major AUS capital city (BNE, MEL, ADL & PER) to Sydney (if required) OR Return Private Transfers for 4 from winner's residential address in Sydney metro area to Sydney hotel accommodation (if required)

Notification of Winner
16. The prize winner will drawn on 5/10/2026 at the Austworld Centre, Level 1 296 Nerang Broadbeach Rd, Carrara, 4211 QLD via random selection. The winner will be notified via phone call and writing within 2 days (by end of day of 06/10/2026) of the selection to organise the claiming of their prize. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s last name, first name initial and postcode will be published on www.goldcoastfc.com.au from the day that the prize winner is selected.
17. Failure to claim within two weeks of draw on 19/10/2026 will result in a redraw on 20/10/2026, with the same conditions as the major draw. Following this failure to claim & book by the deadline of 31/10/2026 will result in forfeiture of the prize. 

Prize Conditions
18. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. If unclaimed after 2 (two) weeks, a redraw will occur at the original draw location. My Cruises reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if unavailable.

Voucher use & Restrictions
19. The prize will be issued as a digital voucher and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or certificate.
20. Unused portions of the voucher are non-refundable.
21. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, either in whole or
in part
22. Lost, stolen, expired or cancelled vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
23. Once issued, vouchers cannot be cancelled unless voided by My Cruises, redeemed in full or expired
24. Vouchers must not be resold, auctioned or used for advertising, promotional, competition or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of My Cruises.

Availability & Forfeiture
25. Cruise and accommodation availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
26. Pre-cruise hotel accommodation is based on 2 rooms with twin-share occupancy.
27. Cruise accommodation will be in a guaranteed cabin within the prize category. The specific cabin number will be allocated by the cruise line closer to departure.
28. Failure to book by 31 October 2026 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
29. If the cruise is cancelled by the cruise line for operational, commercial or redeployment reasons, the prize will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by Ignite Travel Group.
30. Any replacement prize or alternative travel arrangements will be at the sole discretion of Ignite Travel Group

General Conditions
31. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
32. The Promoter and associate agencies reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted:
• using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information;

33. My Cruises may cancel, suspend, or modify the competition due to unforeseen circumstances subject to local state / territory authorities.
34. My Cruises is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
35. My Cruises reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of My Cruises. Prize winner may be required to sign any form required by My Cruises including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming
their eligibility to accept the prize
36. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, My Cruises, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority except where clause 24 applies
37. If the cruise is cancelled by the cruise line for operational, commercial or redeployment reasons, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable. Any alternative prize is at the discretion of My Cruises
38. My Cruises accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Eligible Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
39. The prize must be booked through Ignite Travel Group and requires advance reservation.
40. The prize must be booked by 31 October 2026.
41. Travel is valid on the 11 December 2026 cruise departure only.
42. Where required, one night's pre-cruise accommodation on 10 December 2026 will be provided for winners travelling by air. Eligibility will be determined by Ignite Travel Group based on the winner's residential address and available flight schedules.
43. The prize includes either:
· return economy class air travel from the winner's nearest eligible Australian capital city (Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth); or
· for winners whose residential address is within the Sydney metropolitan area, return private transfers between their residential address and the Sydney hotel.
44. A maximum return airfare allowance of AUD $400 per person ex MEL, BNE, ADE or AUD$700 per person ex PER applies. Any airfare costs exceeding this amount are the responsibility of the winner.
45. All flights will be selected and booked at the sole discretion of Ignite Travel Group.
46. The prize is personal to the named recipient, is non-transferable and all travel must be taken together.

Fraud & Misuse
53. My Cruises reserves the right to cancel or invalidate any voucher it reasonably believes has been:
· obtained fraudulently;
· resold or offered for resale without authorisation; or
· used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
54. My Cruises may also cancel any booking made using an invalid voucher, including bookings containing non-refundable components.
55. My Cruises accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred where a fraudulent or cancelled voucher is presented for redemption.
56. Where reasonably practicable, My Cruises will endeavour to notify affected customers before cancelling a voucher or booking.

How to Enter

Promoter

  1. The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to primary and secondary schools located on the Gold Coast that have been issued with a unique school ticketing code by the Gold Coast SUNS or AFL Queensland.
  2. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.
  4. To be eligible to win, a school must record attendance in excess of one hundred (100) people across the Promotional Period, as determined by ticket redemption data associated with the school’s allocated code.

Promotion Period

  1. The competition commences on commences on Friday 14 August 2026 at 9:00am AEST and closes on Friday 30 October 2026 at 11:59pm AEST

How to Enter

  1. Attendees must redeem tickets to eligible Gold Coast SUNS AFLW home matches during the Promotional Period using their school’s unique code through Ticketek.
  2. Attendance will only be recognised and counted where the school’s allocated code is entered at the time tickets are redeemed through Ticketek. 
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased or redeemed without the correct school code.

Judging Criteria

  1. The school that records the highest eligible attendance across Gold Coast SUNS AFLW home matches during the Promotional Period will be selected as the winner.
  2. Attendance figures and eligibility will be determined solely by the records held by Ticketek and the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. In the event of a tie, the school that attended the greatest number of separate eligible AFLW matches during the Promotional Period will be declared the winner. If a tie still exists, the winner will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion

 Prize Details

  1. One (1) prize will be awarded: an end-of-year Zambrero school party valued at up to AUD $5,000 ("Prize").
  2. Zambrero and the Gold Coast SUNS will determine the menu item or items and catering inclusions to be supplied as part of the Prize.
  3. Zambrero and the Gold Coast SUNS will work with the winning school to coordinate the date, time and location of the party.
  4. The Prize must be redeemed during the 2026 school year unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter and Zambrero.
