FIJI AIRWAYS ‘RACE THE LED’ 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter
1.    The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).

Eligibility
2.    Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 on the day of the ’Fly Me to Fiji Race the LED’ (Race)
3.    Eligible Entrants must have a ticket to attend the relevant Gold Coast SUNS home game that the Race will be taking place
4.    The contestant must be fit and able to complete the physical activity or nominate for the warrior to run in their place
5.    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.

Promotion Period
6.    The competition commences on Wednesday 11th March 2026 at 8:00am AEST and closes Friday 13th March 2026 at 3:00pm AEST.

How to Enter
7.    Eligible Entrants must complete the digital link (entry form) provided via official communications from the Gold Coast SUNS. 

Judging Criteria
8.    The prize winner will be randomly selected from online entries via computerized draw. 
9.    The winner will be notified via phone or email 1 day prior to the activation taking place.
10.     The person selected as the participant must then either take to the field during a quarter time break and race the LED signage; or nominate a Fijian Warrior to participate on their behalf. If they beat the plane, they will win a major prize. 

Prize Details
11.    One (1) prize will be awarded.
12.    Major Prize (for beating the LED) – voucher for return flights from Gold Coast to Fiji; Minor Prize (if the LED wins) – $100 SUNS and Fiji Airways Merchandise pack
13.    The total prize pool is valued at $1,600 AUD.

Notification of Winner
15.    The prize winner will be notified via phone or email, one day prior to the event taking place, at which time they need to confirm they will race or nominate the Warrior 
16.    Participants will be notified of the outcome of the race, at the conclusion of the activity
17.    The result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Prize Conditions:
1.    Reservations and ticketing must be made through the Fiji Airways Sales & Marketing office. This must be done at least ten (10) working days prior to the requested date of departure. Please have your passport details and travel dates readily available. 
2.    Visa application and associated costs are NOT the responsibility of Fiji Airways.
3.    This prize is NOT transferable, CANNOT be en-cashed, sold, nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
4.    Name changes are not permitted. Once ticketed, normal fare rules and conditions of carriage apply.   
5.    Air travel is valid on Fiji Airways operated [prime] services only.
6.    Travel must be completed within 12 months from date of issue. Excluding peak season dates.
7.    Due to prior commercial demand booking is subject to travel restrictions, blackout dates and availability at time of booking. 
8.    The prize voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split or used separately.
9.    Applicable Government Taxes, Surcharges, Travel Insurance are NOT included in this prize. You will be advised on the procedure for paying taxes when you contact the above-mentioned staff to book the flights.  

If for any reason the Minor or Major Winner does not take part in an element  of the Competition at the time stipulated by the GC SUNS then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

The Major Prize is not redeemable for cash.

Should the Major Prize Winner choose not to accept the prize, the promoter will determine what to do with the prize at their discretion.

General Conditions

6.    If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority
7.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Eligible Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
8.    Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to this competition, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia. All references to dollar amounts are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

MY CRUISES ‘DECK DASH’ 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter
1.    The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).

Eligibility
2.    Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 on the day of the ’Deck Dash’ race
3.    Eligible Entrants must have a ticket to attend the relevant Gold Coast SUNS home game/s that Deck Dash will be taking place
4.    The contestant must be fit and able to complete the physical activity
5.    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.

Promotion Period
6.    The competition commences on Friday 6th March 2026 at 8:00am AEST and closes after the third time it has been undertaken and by no later than Rd 21 of the SUNS Toyota AFL Home & Away Season.

How to Enter
7.    Eligible Entrants must attend Opening Round at People First Stadium on the 6th March and be randomly selected at the Game; or
8.    Complete the digital link (entry form) provided via official communications from the Gold Coast SUNS. 

Judging Criteria
9.    The prize winner will either be randomly selected while attending the game or from their online entries via computerized draw.
10.    This will take place on three occasions throughout the season and prior to the quarter time activation when ‘Deck Dash’ is taking place. 
11.    If selected via computerize draw, the winner will be notified via email 1 day prior to the activation taking place.
12.     The person selected as the participant must then take to the field during a quarter time break during one of three SUNS Home Games and race the LED signage. If they beat the ship, they will win a major prize. 

Prize Details
13.    One (1) prize will be awarded at each of the three (3) activations.
14.    Major Prize (for beating the LED) - $1,000 My Cruises Voucher; Minor Prize (if the LED wins) – $100 SUNS and My

15.    The total prize pool is valued at $3,300 AUD.

Notification of Winner
17.    The prize winner will be notified in person at Opening Round or via phone call within 1 business day for the remaining 2 activations

Prize Conditions
1.    Voucher Use 
•    Vouchers may only be redeemed against published holiday packages listed on MyCruises.com.au 
•    There is no minimum spend requirement. 
•    To redeem, contact My Cruises on 1300 692 784and quote your valid voucher code at the time of booking. 
•    Voucher is valid for new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
•    Voucher value is $1,000 and can only be used once. 

2.    Validity 
•    Voucher must be redeemed by 31st December 2026.  
•    Expired vouchers are non-refundable and will not be honoured. 

3.    Ownership and Transfer 
•    Vouchers are personal to the named recipient and can only be redeemed by that individual. 
•    Vouchers may not be transferred, resold or offered for resale (including via online auction sites) without prior written consent from My Cruises. 
•    Any unauthorised sale or promotional use will result in the voucher being cancelled without refund. 

4.    Lost, Stolen or Fraudulent Vouchers 
•    Treat vouchers like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. 
•    My Cruises may cancel any voucher (and related bookings) it reasonably believes to have been obtained fraudulently. No refunds will be issued for fraudulent vouchers. 
•    My Cruises will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you purchase or attempt to redeem a fraudulent voucher. 

5.    Cancellations and Refunds 
•    If a holiday booked with a voucher is cancelled and a refund is applicable, it will be reissued as a new voucher with the same original expiry date unless required by law. 
•    If a cruise is cancelled by the cruise line for operational or redeployment reasons, the prize is forfeited. Offering an alternative prize is at the sole discretion of Ignite Travel Group. 
•    Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay credit or retailer accounts. 

6.    Partial Payments 
•    If the package price exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. 
•    If the package price is less than the voucher value, no change or credit will be given for the unused portion. 

7.    General 
•    Vouchers form part of the full My Cruises Terms and Conditions available at MyCruises.com.au. 
•    Personal information collected in relation to the voucher will be handled in accordance with the My Holiday Centre Privacy Policy. 
•    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Guess the Crowd Game Day Activation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is called “Guess the Crowd” Game Day Activation (Competition).
  2. The promoter of this is the Gold Coast Football Club Limited ABN 144 555 822 (Promoter), of Austworld Centre, Level 1, 296 Nerang‑Broadbeach Rd, Carrara QLD 4211. People First Bank, a trading name of Heritage and People’s Choice Ltd ABN 11 087 651 125 of 50 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (People First Bank) is sponsoring the Competition and supplying the associated prize
  3. By entering this Competition, each person (Entrant, you) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. The Competition is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia.
  4. The Competition is a game of skill and game of chance and Entrant’s will abide by the rules and requirements of the Competition.
  5. The Competition will commence at 10:00am on Friday 6 March, 2026 and closes at 10pm on 2 August, 2026 (Competition Period).

Eligibility

  1. The Competition is only open to individuals who
    1. are Australian residents;
    2. are aged 18 years or over;

Entry

  1. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must scan a QR code presented on the big screen before the end of the third quarter break during Gold Coast SUNS home matches or click on a link via Gold Coast SUNS social media channels or the Gold Coast SUNS website in the 2026 Toyota AFL Season during the Competition Period that will lead them to a landing page to:
    1. answer the question posed; and
    2. complete all the required fields; and
    3. submit their entries before the end of the third quarter that particular game, (together the Entry Process).
  2. Eligible Entrants who complete the Entry Process and answer the question posed correctly (Correct Entrants) will then receive entry to the draw to be selected randomly to determine who the Prize Winner (see clause 12) is.
  3. Entry into the Competition is free for an Eligible Entrant.
  4. All Correct Entrants have an equal chance of winning the Prize.

Prize

  1. There will only be one (1) major prize drawn in this Competition and only one (1) major prize winner in this Competition.
  2. The first valid entry drawn by an electronic random number generator at the Austworld Centre, Level 1, 296 Nerang‑Broadbeach Rd, Carrara QLD 4211 by 5:00pm on Monday August 3 2026 (Draw) will win the prize (Prize Winner).
  3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for another Prize, except at People First Bank’s discretion and subject to relevant State/Territory legislation. A Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the value of the Prize (at the time the Prize is awarded) and the recommended retail price (if any). If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, People First Bank, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Physical cash will not be awarded as a substitute.   1. The Promoter will notify the Prize Winner that they have won the Prize via email or phone within two (2) business days after the Draw via the Prize Winner’s email address retained from the completed entry form. When notified, the Promotor will outline how the Prize is to be received.
  2. The Prize Winner’s details, including initial of their first name, last name and their postcode, will also be published on the Promoter’s website [by 5:00pm on Monday August 3 2026 for a minimum period of 28 days.
  3. The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Winner within seven (7) days of the Prize Winner being The Prize Winner claims the Prize by replying via email or phone.
  4. If the Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winer within the seven (7) day period, the Promotor will redraw a new Prize Winner (Redraw). The Redraw will be conducted in the same manner as the Draw, before 5:00pm on 10 August 2026. The Redraw Prize Winner will be contacted in the same manner as the Draw Prize Winner.
  5. Details of any Redraw Prize Winner will be published in the same manner as the Draw Prize Winner, the following business day after the Redraw, for a minimum period of 28 days.

AFLQ Junior Clubs: Fearless Friends Competition 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter
1.    The promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited (ABN 47 144 555 822), of People First Stadium, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 (“Promoter” or “GCFC”).
2.    This is an AFL Authorised GF Promotion: GFAFL26/13

Eligibility
3.    Entry is open to each Junior Australian Football League (AFL) Clubs (“the Club”) on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers 
4.    To nominate a Fearless Friend the Club must within the promotion period.
a.    Post social media content provided by the SUNS on all junior club pages controlled by the Club leading into each SUNS home game
b.    Display co-branded corflutes at all junior club home games and training activities
c.    Host SUNS players at their junior club visits
d.    Have a representative attend SUNS events when invited
5.    Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval. 
6.    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.

Promotion Period

7.    The competition commences on Monday 9th February 2026 at 9:00am AEST and closes on Monday 3rd August 2026 at 9:00am AEST.

How to Enter
8.    Eligible Entrants must select one (1) Fearless Friend to represent their Club in this competition
9.    A Fearless Friend is an individual recognized by the Club for their outstanding contribution. Each Club may determine its own selection process. The SUNS accepts no responsibility for the Club process or decision.   

Judging Criteria

10.    The prize winner will be selected based on 
a.    The nominated Fearless Friend whose club has the highest attendance at Suns Home Games at People First Stadium based on percentage using their AFLQ junior memberships.
b.    The Club and Fearless Friend must meet the eligibility criteria. 
11.    Should the initial winner not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to the Fearless Friends whose Club has the highest attendance based on percentage.
12.    This will take place on or before Friday 14th August 2026 at 5:00pm AEST. 

Prize Details
13.    One (1) prize will be awarded: 2 x 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final Tickets (this does not include flights or accommodation)
14.    The prize is valued at $1030 AUD. 
15.    2 x 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final Tickets are subject to third party Ticketing Agency and Venue Terms and Conditions. 

Notification of Winner
16.    The prize winner will be notified via announcement at the SUNS Office at the Austworld Centre at 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara QLD 4211 
17.    The result of the decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners name will be published via email. 

Prize Conditions
18.    Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. If unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will occur at the original draw location. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if unavailable.

Prize winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize
24.    If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority
