CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. This is a game of chance.
2.    Promoter: Northern Territory Major Events Company Pty Ltd (NTMEC), Level 2, 16 Bennett St, Darwin City NT 0800, ABN: 22085961520.

ELIGIBILITY
3.    Entry is only open to residents of Australia (“Entrants”). The directors and management of the Promoter, its related suppliers, contractors and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
4.    Entries are only open to people aged 18 years and above. All Entries (as that term is defined below) of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or who attempt to conceal) their age (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. 

PROMOTIONAL DATES
5.    The Promotion commences at 12:01am Australian Central Standard Time on Wednesday, 16 April and closes at 11:59 pm Australian Central Standard Time on Wednesday, 30 April. ("Promotion Period"). 

HOW TO ENTER
6.    To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period: 
(a)    Complete the entry form located here - Win a trip to Darwin!
7.    Costs associated with accessing the Internet remain the Entrant's responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service provider used.

WINNERS AND PRIZE 
8.    One (1) Entrant with a valid Entry who is randomly chosen (in accordance with the rules of the competition) will win the following prize: 
•    $1,500 flight voucher to travel to Darwin 
•    A 3-night luxury stay with breakfast daily in a Deluxe Bungalow at the Mercure Darwin Airport Resort for two people sharing from 15 - 18 May 2025.

9.    The total indicative value of the Major Prize is $3,473  
10.    The Promoter will select one Winner at random. The winner will be drawn at Level 2 / 16 Bennett Street Darwin, NT on Friday, 2nd May 2025. 
11.    This Promotion is a game of chance, and no skill is required in determining the Winner. 
12.    All Entrants and the Winner give the Promoter permission to publish their name and photo on social media or any other publicity without compensation. 
13.    The Winner will be announced on the BASSINTHEGRASS Facebook and Instagram pages. 
14.    The winner will be sent the details on how they redeem their prize via email.  
15.    The Promoter reserves the right to offer other secondary prizes on an ad hoc basis (whether week-to-week or otherwise) and in its sole discretion. 
16.    Winner will be notified in writing via email and by phone.  The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to redraw the competition in the event of the entrant not claiming the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the promoter will conduct another draw. Prize winners will be given 5 working days from the date of the draw to claim the prize via reply to notification email, failing which a redraw of the competition will then be considered.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter. If the winner fails to redeem the prize from the promoter within 30 days the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu. The prize winner agrees that the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure to deliver a prize, or failure by the promoter to meet any of its obligations in these conditions of entry or otherwise.

GENERAL
17.    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). 
18.    Prizes must be taken as offered by the Promoter and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 
19.    The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant's identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a prize 
20.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for: (a) submitting an Entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; (b) tampering with the Entry process; or (c) if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. A prize will only be awarded following any Entrant validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
21.    The use of any automated Entry software or any mechanical, electronic, or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
22.    It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release(s) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
23.    If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu.
24.    Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Non-Excludable Guarantees), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to the promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, the promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, prize claims or prizes; and/or (iv) acceptance and/or use of any prize. 
25.    If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or, if necessary, to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as an original prize or prizes.
26.    The Promoter collects personal information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. In addition to any use contemplated by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, each Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is a winner, publish or cause to be published the Entrant winner's name and locality in any media. An Entrant can gain access to, update or correct any personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer in Australia at major.events@nt.gov.au. Any complaints concerning the treatment of personal information should also be directed to the Privacy Officer and will be dealt with in a timely manner. 27.    The Competition is governed by the Laws of the Northern Territory of Australia. An Entrant agrees to be bound by the Laws of the Northern Territory and to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Northern Territory in the event of any dispute.
28.    Promoter reserves the right to change, add or alter any of the terms and conditions (including adding more prizes but not reducing the number of existing prizes) if in the absolute discretion of Promoter it is in the interest of the Competition or is otherwise desirable, and such change will be notified to the Entrant by being placed on the Website and each Entrant will be bound by such change, addition or alteration to the Terms and Conditions.
29.    These Terms and Conditions form the basis of an agreement made between NTMEC and all Entrants which is made and entered into in the Northern Territory of Australia.

$10K Member Giveaway

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    This promotion is called “[$10K Member Giveaway]” (“Promotion”).
2.    The Promoter is GCFC Limited ACN 144 555 822, Level 2, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara, Queensland, 4211 (“Promoter”). People First Bank, a trading name of Heritage and People’s Choice Ltd ABN 11 087 651 125 of 50 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (HPC) is sponsoring the Promotion and supplying the associated prize. Any reference to the AFL refers to the Australian Football League (ABN 97 489 912 318).
3.    By entering into this Promotion, each person (‘Entrant’, ‘you’) accepts and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. 
4.    The Promotion is conducted in all Australian states and territories. The Promotion is authorised under the following permits: ACT Permit No. 25/00740. SA Permit No. T25/543. The Promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia.
5.    The Promotion commences on 02/04/2025 at 12:00pm AEST/AEDST and closes 11/08/2025 at 5:00pm AEST (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligible Entrant
6.    The Promotion is only open to individuals, during the Promotion Period, who:
       a)    are Australian residents;
       b)    are aged 18 years or over during the Promotion Period;
       c)    are not office holders, employees or contractors of:
              (a)    HPC; or
              (b)    the Promoter; or
              (c)    any agencies or companies associated with the Prize; and 
              (d)    including their immediate family members (“immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent);
       d)    have purchased an adult membership for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season or the 2025 NAB AFLW Season for the Gold Coast SUNS AFL(W) team;
       e)    have provided accurate and truthful answers to the Promoter’s questions, including their:
              (a)    first name;
              (b)    last name;
              (c)    email address;
              (d)    contact phone number;
              (e)    post code; and
              (f)    any additional information sought;,
       (referred to as an ‘Eligible Entrant’).

Entry
7.    An Eligible Entrant must elect to enter into the Promotion at the time of purchasing a membership for the SUNS during the Promotion Period. 
8.    An Eligible Entrant is only permitted to enter one (1) time into the Promotion. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry of the Eligible Entrant will be entered into the draw.
9.    All Eligible Entrants have an equal chance of winning the Prize.
10.    Completed entry forms must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
11.    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions. 
12.    Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or those which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid. 
13.    If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant. 
14.    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during, or after the Promotion Period, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15.    Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of completion by the Eligible Entrant. Any cost associated with entering the Promotion is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility. 

Draw and Prizes
16.    There will be only one (1) main Prize drawn in this Promotion and only one (1) Prize Winner in this Promotion. 
17.    The first valid entry drawn by an electronic random number generator at Austworld Centre, Level 1, 296 Nerang Broadbeach Rd, Carrara QLD 4211 on 14/08/2025 at 3:00pm (‘Draw’) will win the Prize (‘Prize Winner’).  
18.    The Prize consists of one (1) cash prize of AUD$10,000 (‘Prize’).
19.    The Promoter will notify the Prize Winner that they have won the Prize via [phone call and email] within two (2) business days of the Draw to organise the claiming of the Prize. The result of the Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
20.    The Prize Winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s social media pages/Promoter’s website from the day of the Draw.
21.    In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, or a Prize Winner does not respond to the Promoter’s initial communications within three (3) months, a redraw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on [14/11/2025] at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email on the day of the selection and the winners’ first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website https://www.goldcoastfc.com.au/ on 15/11/2025. The Prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the Prize Winner. 
22.    The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
23.    If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
a)    To disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or 
b)    Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
24.    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or accepting or using the prize. 
25.    Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
26.    The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. 
27.    In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
28.    If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion any changes are subject to State Regulations.
29.    Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 
30.    If due to any reason whatsoever the Promoter becomes aware after an Eligible Entrant has won the prize that the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, that Eligible Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as the winner and that Eligible Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize.
31.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Eligible Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
32.    Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or any other social media platform whatsoever. Any information provided as part of the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to the relevant social media platform. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of any relevant social media platform’s terms and conditions. Eligible Entrants completely release any relevant social media platform from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.
33.    Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to this Promotion, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.  All references to dollar amounts are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
34.    All entries and materials submitted to the Promoter in connection with this Promotion (in any form including without limitation in hard copy or electronic form) become and remain the property of the Promoter and each Eligible Entrant warrants it has the right to transfer these things to the Promoter.   The Promoter may use such entries and materials and any intellectual property rights subsisting in them in any medium and in any manner it sees fit, including without limitation, by reproducing, modifying or adapting such entries and materials. The Promoter may collect Eligible Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Eligible Entrant also agrees that the Promoter, the Promoter's employees, related companies and agents, including but not limited to the AFL, may use this information, in any media for future promotional purposes, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Eligible Entrant, including sending the Eligible Entrant electronic messages and telephoning the Eligible Entrant. 
35.    All personal information you provide will be used by the Promoter in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.goldcoastfc.com.au/privacy and may be disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (including for promotional and marketing purposes).  By entering into the Promotion you indicate you have read and agree to be bound by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
36.    Where you consent to your information being shared with People First Bank, Heritage and People’s Choice Limited ABN 11 087 651 125 (HPC) trading as People First Bank deals with your personal information collected via this Promotion in accordance with the Heritage Bank Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy) in the same way as HPC trading as Heritage Bank. 37.    By entering this Promotion, and ticking the applicable box on the entry form, each entrant consents to the HPC contacting them. If an entrant does not wish to be contacted, they must not tick the box that indicates their consent. THE STAR 

Entry is open to all ordinary Australian persons who reside in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and Northern Territory. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this competition.

Competition commences Wednesday March 5th, 2025, AEST and closes Sunday 27^th April 2025.

To enter this competition, eligible entrants must agree to the terms and conditions outlined and complete the required fields provided by the Gold Coast Football Club Limited, ABN 144 555 822, of People First Stadium, Nerang Broadbeach Road, Carrara, QLD (“GCFC”).

The Gold Coast SUNS reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent  or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.

The prize winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email. The distribution of the prize will be negotiated between the Gold Coast SUNS and the prize winner. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The monthly prize winner will receive a 2025 Gold Coast SUNS General Admission Family Membership. The total prize pool is valued at $445. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or any part of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that part of the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, Gold Coast Football Club may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. Gold Coast Football Club may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in Gold Coast Football Club’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of Gold Coast Football Club or has breached these Conditions of Entry.

Gold Coast Football Club will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due  to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the Prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6. 9. 29. Expired prize is non-refundable in whole or part. Once expired, the prize is no longer valid and will not be honoured. 39. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to this competition, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia. All references to dollar amounts are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

All entries and materials submitted to the Promoter in connection with this competition (in any form including without limitation in hard copy or electronic form) become and remain the property of the Promoter and each Eligible Entrant warrants it has the right to transfer these things to the Promoter. 1.    This promotion is called “2nd Half First Goal Scorer” Game Day Activation (Competition).

3.    By entering this Competition, each person (Entrant, you) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. The Competition is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. 
4.    The Competition is a game of skill and game of chance and Entrant’s will abide by the rules and requirements of the Competition. 
5.    The Competition will commence at 10:00am on April 5, 2025 and closes at 10:00pm on 1 June, 2025 (Competition Period).

Eligibility
6.    The Competition is only open to individuals who
       a.    are Australian residents;

Entry
7.    To enter, an Eligible Entrant must scan a QR code presented on the big screen before the end of half-time during Gold Coast SUNS home matches in the 2025 Toyota AFL Season during the Competition Period that  will lead them to a landing page to:
       a.    answer the question posed; and 
       b.    complete all the required fields; and 
       c.    submit their entries before the end of half time of that particular game, (together the Entry Process). 
8.    Eligible Entrants who complete the Entry Process and answer the question posed correctly (Correct Entrants) will then receive entry to the draw to be selected randomly to determine who the Prize Winner (see clause 12) is.
9.    Entry into the Competition is free for an Eligible Entrant.
10.    All Correct Entrants have an equal chance of winning the Prize. 

Prize
11.    There will only be one (1) major prize drawn in this Competition and only one (1) major prize winner in this Competition.
12.    The first valid entry drawn by an electronic random number generator at the Austworld Centre, Level 1, 296 Nerang Broadbeach Rd, Carrara QLD 4211 by 5:00pm on Friday June 6, 2025 (Draw) will win the prize (Prize Winner).
13.    The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for another Prize, except at People First Bank’s discretion and subject to relevant State/Territory legislation. A Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the value of the Prize (at the time the Prize is awarded) and the recommended retail price (if any). 17.    The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Winner within seven (7) days of the Prize Winner being notified. The Prize Winner claims the Prize by replying via email or phone. 
18.    If the Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winer within the seven (7) day period, the Promotor will redraw a new Prize Winner (Redraw). The Redraw will be conducted in the same manner as the Draw, before 5:00pm on 10 June, 2025. The Redraw Prize Winner will be contacted in the same manner as the Draw Prize Winner.
19.    Details of any Redraw Prize Winner will be published in the same manner as the Draw Prize Winner, the following business day after the Redraw, for a minimum period of 28 days.

General

PARTNER SURVEY

Entry is open to all ordinary Australian persons who reside in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and Northern Territory. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. The Gold Coast SUNS reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent  or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.

The judging will take place by Friday March 28th, 2025. The prize winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email. The distribution of the prize will be negotiated between the Gold Coast SUNS and the prize winner. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize winner will receive 4 ticketing into The Lounge Presented by My Cruises for the GC SUNS Round 7 Match against the Sydney Swans on Sunday April 27th, 2025.  The total prize pool is valued over $600. One prize will be awarded in total. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or any part of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that part of the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If any Prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the original draw, an unclaimed draw prize will be held at the same Draw Place and Time as the original draw on the Unclaimed Draw Date.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, Gold Coast Football Club may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. Gold Coast Football Club may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in Gold Coast Football Club’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of Gold Coast Football Club or has breached these Conditions of Entry.

Gold Coast Football Club will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due  to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the Prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

All personal information you provide will be used by the Gold Coast Football Club in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at http://www.goldcoastfc.com.au/privacy and may be disclosed by the Gold Coast Football Club in accordance with the Gold Coast Football Club’s Privacy Policy (including for promotional and marketing purposes). By providing your personal information, you agree to such use by the GCFC.

The Promoter is Gold Coast Football Club Limited, People First Stadium, Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara, QLD. Any reference to Gold Coast Football Club refers to the GCFC Limited (ABN 144 555 822).
