There’ll be selection headaches once again for SUNS AFLW Head Coach Cameron Joyce with the SUNS reporting almost a full bill of health following Saturday’s season opener.
Joyce’s side were unscathed from the Round 1 defeat against North Melbourne, however off-season recruit Courtney Jones remains as a test for Round 2 after missing the trip to Hobart.
“Courtney suffered an injury to the patellofemoral joint during a training session before Round 1 and was subsequently unavailable for that match,” GC SUNS Physiotherapist Indianna Franke told the Qscan Injury Update.
“We’ll monitor her progress this week at training and make a decision on her availability for this weekend.”
