The Gold Coast SUNS has made one change to its VFL team to take on Sydney in a Semi Final on Sunday afternoon.

The SUNS will be aiming to continue a strong run of form and make it eight straight VFL victories to book a preliminary finals berth against Southport next weekend.

Rebounding defender Oleg Markov suffered a facial fracture early in the elimination final victory over Box Hill and has subsequently been ruled out for this weekend’s final.

Coming in to replace him is Jeremy Sharp who missed last week’s win with illness and has been named to start in the midfield.

Listed as emergencies for the match are Riley Stone, Brinn Little, and James Frawley.

The match against Sydney gets underway at 1:05pm on Sunday and will be broadcast live on the Seven Network (including 7plus, check your local guide) and the AFL App.
