A time-old footy tradition is set to return in 2018 when the SUNS play their first game for the year at Metricon Stadium.

Macca’s Kick 2 Kick is back, meaning patrons can enter field after the second siren sounds post-match.

Make sure you bring your footy to the match and hang around after the game to access the freshly-laid turf of Metricon Stadium.

If you forget your footy, remember the SUNS shop will be open and offering all the latest merchandise including new footballs.

What’s more, if the SUNS kick ten goals in the match all Gold Coast members and ticket holders are entitled to a free Big Mac burger at participating Gold Coast McDonalds restaurants on Sunday.

To redeem, present your match ticket to your nearest Gold Coast McDonalds. A parent/carer must be present for children under 14 years.

As usual, all match day ticket holders receive free public transport to and from the match.

Simply present your ticket on Surfside Buses, QLD Rail services and the G:Link. Shuttle buses will operate from Nerang Station, Broadbeach South Station Event bus stop and park & ride facility at Boowaggan Rd, Merrimac.

Supporters can plan their travel using public transport via www.translink.com.au.
