Voting is now open for the Austworld Player of the Round after the thrilling 10-point victory over the Western Bulldogs at TIO Stadium.

Bailey Humphrey continues to flourish and was strong over the ball all night, accumulating a team-high 15 contested possessions from 24 disposals, to go with four clearances, four tackles and five marks.

Noah Anderson showed poise in the challenging conditions and was an instrumental figure in the midfield, leading the SUNS with seven clearances and 28 disposals (14 contested).

Coming back into the lineup to play in his hometown, Ben Long proved how important he is to the SUNS’ setup with 1.2 from 15 disposals and four marks.

Another NT product in Joel Jeffrey looked at home playing on TIO Stadium once again, and led the team with nine intercept possessions to get the SUNS moving forward in transition.

Bodhi Uwland was terrific in defence, winning some critical one-on-ones and contributing with seven intercept possessions from 18 disposals and six marks.

Vice-captain Touk Miller’s endurance shone through, with the midfielder running hard all night to record 25 disposals, five clearances and six tackles.

Rebounding defenders Dan Rioli and John Noble provided plenty of drive off half-back, gathering 24 and 23 disposals, and 450 and 569 metres gained respectively.

Will Graham got the SUNS firing early with two goals in the opening quarter and finished the night with 2.2 from 11 disposals and three clearances.
