The 2025 StreetSmarts SUNS Academy 14s Emerging Talent Squad have been announced, featuring many of the zones most promising 14-year-old male and female footballers from the Academy HUB Program.

All players named in the squads will be eligible to represent the SUNS in the QLD 14s Development Carnival, held in Maroochydore from Sept 22nd- Sept 24th. The carnival will feature talent academies from GC SUNS, Brisbane Lions, Northern Territory, Papua New Guinea, Naru and AFLQ Diversity in a round-robin style carnival showcasing the best young players in QLD and beyond.

The SUNS Academy aims to be the best youth academy in Australia by delivering supportive and high performing programs that allows everyone involved to feel a sense of belonging to our club, grow as people and achieve their full potential.  

This Emerging Talent Squad HUB is a high performing program providing this next generation of players with experiences, learnings and further opportunities to best prepare them for the next steps in their football journey.
