Prepare for the Member Pre-sale now - Handy Hints

1. Ensure you have a Ticketmaster Account Set Up and know your username and password.  
2. Know your 12-digit membership barcode. You won’t be able to purchase tickets in a member pre-sale unless you have this. 

To access your 12-digit barcodes, please login to your MY SUNS ACCOUNT: 

1. Visit www.goldcoastfc.com.au/membership 
2. Click ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Sign into your Ticketmaster account using the email address associated with your SUNS membership
4. Once logged in, click on ‘My Barcodes’
5. Your barcodes will be listed under ‘Season Barcodes’
    

Please note, if you have outstanding payments on your membership account, your barcode will be blocked from purchasing Finals tickets.
