Noah Anderson and Sam Flanders have been named as finalists for the 2025 NAB AFL Goal of the Year.
The SUNS skipper earned his nomination with a defining major off the centre bounce in the final term of Round 18 against Collingwood.
While fellow SUN Flanders made the most of his chances in Round 12, soccering a goal from in amongst a scrap of Fremantle Dockers.

Also in contention for Goal of the Year, is Brisbane Lion rival Will Ashcroft, who was nominated for his goal in Round 4 against Richmond.
The winner of the 2025 NAB AFL Goal of the Year will receive $50,000 and NAB will donate a further $10,000 to their community football club.
The overall winner will be determined by a combination of votes from the AFL All Australian Panel and the public and announced at the 2025 Brownlow Medal on Monday, September 22.
