StreetSmarts SUNS Academy talents Summer Browning and Archie Hill have been named among the nation’s finest fifty 2026 Draft prospects to take part in the 2026 Marsh AFL National Academy.

The Marsh AFL National Academy provides 25 girls and 25 boys amongst the next generation of stars with valuable experiences, insights and education to best prepare them for the next steps in their football journey.

The holistic program combines football performance and personal growth in a high-performance environment by providing unique opportunities and learnings.

Content is delivered across multiple football camps, with the 2026 program to commence this December at the esteemed home base of New Zealand Rugby – the New Zealand Campus of Innovation and Sport (NZCIS).

The event marks the first time the National Academy Girls program has travelled overseas.

The Marsh AFL National Academy will also come together for football camps in Melbourne where the squads will represent their respective Australia U18 teams.

In addition to the Academy camps, players will also take part in AFL and AFLW club experiences and will have the opportunity to train with an AFL and AFLW club.

“It’s fantastic to see Gold Coast talent feature year on year in both the boys and girls squads.

“The Marsh AFL National Academy program will serve as an invaluable experience to further develop our future stars and prepare them for the 2026 Telstra AFL and AFLW Draft.”
