The Gold Coast SUNS have completed a trade with Hawthorn which will see Jac Dupuy depart the club.
The deal sees the SUNS receive a future third round selection in exchange for the key forward.
Dupuy joined the SUNS in 2022 as an inactive player replacement, going on to play 49 games across five seasons for the club, including two as vice-captain.
AFLW Head Coach Rhyce Shaw thanked Dupuy for her contributions to the club.
“Jac has made a great impact on our program over the last five seasons. She has been a consistent contributor on the field having missed just a handful of matches along the way, and made just as much impact off the field as a member of our leadership group for several seasons as well.
“We would like to thank Jac for all she has given to to our club and wish her all the best in what’s next.”
The Continental Tyres AFLW Trade Period concludes this afternoon. The SUNS currently hold picks 17, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 32 ahead of next Monday’s Telstra AFLW Draft.
