Star recruit Anne Hatchard will don #34 for the Gold Coast SUNS in the upcoming AFLW season.

The four-time All Australian midfielder brings more than 100 games of AFLW experience to Rhyce Shaw’s side and will be eager to run out in SUNS colours for the first time at People First Stadium on Saturday, August 15. 

Pre-season additions Lily Quigley (#35) and Paige Price (#26) have also been assigned their SUNS numbers. The duo are two of eleven talents in contention to make their AFLW debut this season.

Georja Davies will fittingly wear #4 as the fourth Davies sister to be drafted at the elite level and alongside fellow StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduates, Sunny Lappin (#2), Ava Usher (#10), Alannah Welsh (#15), Mikayla Nurse (#16), Dekota Baron (#24), Rhianna Ingram (#27) and Bronte Parker (#32), will be eyeing an opportunity to pull on her maiden AFLW guernsey in the coming months.
