The Gold Coast SUNS have locked in four AFLW pre-season fixtures including a triple-header at People First Stadium.
 
SUNS fans will be treated to a footy festival on Sunday, 2 August with Gold Coast set to take on the Brisbane Lions in a match simulation following the conclusion of the AFL match against Melbourne.
 
The remaining match simulations will be held at the SCG against Sydney Swans (Friday, 10 July) and at the Austworld Oval against the GWS Giants (Saturday, 18 July), before the SUNS return to its main deck for an official practice match against Carlton (Saturday, 25 July).
 
The practice match will be played as per a home and away season game with four x 20 minute quarters in addition to time on while match simulation formats are to be confirmed. 
 
Cheer on the SUNS and catch off-season recruits, Anne Hatchard, Lily Quigley and Paige Price, alongside StreetSmarts SUNS Academy draftees, Sunny Lappin, Ava Usher, Georja Davies, Alannah Welsh, Mikayla Nurse, Dekota Baron, Bronte Parker and Rhianna Ingram, in their first pre-season hit-outs in SUNS colours.
