Damien Hardwick has locked in three changes for the Round 16 side to head west for Sunday’s clash against Fremantle.

Ben Jepson has been named for his third game of the season, joining the returning Wil Powell and Charlie Ballard as the three inclusions. The pair come into the side for Daniel Rioli (jaw), Sam Clohesy (suspension) and Oscar Adams (omitted).

Adams remains as an emergency alongside Zak Evans and Dylan Patterson.

Sam Collins will run out for the 150th time in SUNS colours, remarkably against the club in which he made his AFL debut in 2016. He is one of 13 players who remain in the side from last year’s historic Elimination Final win.

Coleman Medal leader Ben King is on the verge of becoming the first SUNS player to reach 300 goals, currently needed three more to reach the milestone.
