The Gold Coast SUNS completed a three hour training session in stifling conditions at Metricon Stadium on Thursday morning.
Joining the GC SUNS on the track was Broadbeach Cats junior Andrew Boston, who will train with the team in the lead up to the Rookie Draft.
The GC SUNS have been back training for a week after the teams return from Arizona in mid-November.
Players individual physical gains were on display at the session and goldcoastfc.com.au camera’s were there to capture the session.
The team has a solid four week training block planned prior to Christmas, with GC SUNS fans invited to an Open training session at Metricon Stadium from 9:30am on Monday December 17.
