Touk Miller has won the Hostplus Most Professional award at Gold Coast’s 2020 Club Champion.

The award was voted on by SUNS high performance and medical staff and encompasses the player who consistently sets high standards at training and with their preparation and recovery.

Playing all 17 games this year, Miller had his best season on the field, averaging 20 disposals in the reduced game-time in 2020.

Named as the club’s sole vice-captain prior to the season starting, Miller showed leadership and professionalism through the COVID shutdown period, playing a role in keeping his teammates on track.

After impressing in the first pre-season, he came back after the COVID period and once again set high training standards to be ready for the season resumption.

He has a strong voice amongst the playing group and is able to motivate his teammates through his actions and attitude.

Working with David Swallow, Jarrod Witts and the remainder of the leadership group, Miller continues to be a valued teammate and player within the club.
