After an arm-wrestle first half, Fremantle broke the game open in the third quarter before running away 49-point winners at Fremantle Oval on Saturday afternoon.

Across the ground plenty of SUNS gave their all, putting their hand up for the Tribal SV Performance Player of the Round.

Captain Hannah Dunn worked hard through the middle, showing once again she’s not afraid to put her body on the line for the team.

Fellow midfielder Jamie Stanton was never far from the contest, finishing the match on a team high 17 disposals and seven clearances.

Lucy Single may only be in her first AFLW Season, but she’s proving to be a tackling-machine week on week, finishing the game on a team-high seven tackles after being given the difficult assignment on playing on Kiara Bowers.

Once again dominating the ruck battle, Lauren Bella amassed 25 hit-outs to her opponents ten to give her team first use.

Daisy D’Arcy was another SUNS who worked tirelessly throughout the game, showing she’s got a bright future for the club.

In defence, Lauren Ahrens withstood an influx of Fremantle inside 50s, showing a cool composure throughout the game.
