The Gold Coast SUNS have made two changes to the team to take on Carlton in the Round 4 Toyota AFL Premiership Fixture.

Injured Captain Jarrod Witts will come out of the team after it was announced earlier this week that Witts had suffered a rupture to his ACL that would see him miss the remainder of the 2021 season.

Will Brodie has been omitted from the side that went down by 10 points to the Crows in Round 3 and has been named as an emergency.

Nick Holman has been named in the starting 22 after impressing with three strong performances coming off the bench as the Medical Sub.

Young tall, Caleb Graham has been named on the interchange for his first game of 2021 after playing seven matches last year.

Named on the emergency list alongside Will Brodie are Sam Flanders, Josh Corbett and Brayden Fiorini

One of those four will be designated as the Round 4 medical sub, 60 minutes prior to the 7:25pm AEST bounce at Metricon Stadium.

Gates open at 6:00pm and tickets are still available via Ticketek.

The match will also be broadcast live on the Seven Network (check your local guide), FOX FOOTY, Kayo and the AFL Live Official App.
