The Gold Coast SUNS have made four changes to the team to face Essendon at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.
There will be an influx of StreetSmarts SUNS Academy products into the team, with all four of the inclusions having graduated from the Academy.
Cairns-born Alex Davies has been injected straight into the team after serving a three-match ban for forceful front-on contact which was imposed from Round 18.
Jed Walter also returns to the side after last week’s victory over Coburg in the VFL.
He is joined in the side by Connor Budarick and fellow first-year player Jake Rogers as inclusions for Round 22.
Coming out of last week’s team are Jack Lukosius (omitted), Brayden Fiorini (omitted), Joel Jeffrey (omitted) and Malcolm Rosas (omitted).
On the emergency list is Sean Lemmens, Darcy Macpherson and Ned Moyle.
This weekend’s match will be a milestone occasion for Jarrod Witts who will play his 100th game as captain of the Gold Coast SUNS.
First bounce for the match at Marvel Stadium is 7:30pm, with the game also broadcast live on Fox Footy, Kayo and the Seven Network (check your local guide).
