PREPARE FOR THE MEMBER PRE-SALE NOW – HANDY HINTS

  1. Ensure you have a Ticketmaster Account Set Up and know your username and password.
  2. Know your 12-digit membership barcode. You won’t be able to purchase tickets in a member pre-sale unless you have this.

To access your 12-digit barcodes, please login to your MY SUNS ACCOUNT:

  1. Visit goldcoastfc.com.au/membership
  2. Click ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Sign into your Ticketmaster account using the email address associated with your SUNS membership
  4. Once logged in, click on ‘My Barcodes’
  5. Your barcodes will be listed under ‘Season Barcodes’

The Club will send all relevant ticketing communications out to competing Club members via email on Sunday 7th September.

Please note, if you have outstanding payments on your membership account, your barcode will be blocked from purchasing finals tickets.

My membership doesn’t provide guaranteed access to purchase a finals ticket in weeks 1-3, so how do I get tickets?

Pending venue capacities and after competing Club member pre-sales are completed, there may be some remaining ticketing inventory made available for a general-public on sale. This is subject to venue capacity, ticketing inventory availability and is certainly not guaranteed.

Final tickets can only be purchased via Ticketmaster. The Gabba (Brisbane) is a TICKETMASTER venue.

If you would prefer to purchase your tickets in person, you will need to do so with an agency. Agency locations can be found here: Ticketmaster Outlets Queensland | Outlet Locations

IMPORTANT: As the 2025 Finals Series is owned and operated by the AFL, we do not have tickets available to purchase directly via the Club. We highly discourage you from attending the Club on any on-sale times and dates as we will not be able to assist you in purchasing Finals tickets. If you do not feel competent to purchase your Finals tickets online – please arrange for a family member or friend to assist you in doing so, or please attend an agency in person (listed above) to purchase your tickets.

If a ticket is sold or used or suspected to have been sold or used in contravention of this condition the bearer of the ticket may be denied admission to the Venue

TICKET SCALPING
WEEKS 1-3

The Victorian Government have declared any 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series matches held in Victoria as major events under the Major Events Act 2009 (VIC). The declaration will make it an offence to resell tickets or advertise tickets for resale for more than 10% above face value, to Toyota AFL Finals Series matches held in Victoria. For the Toyota AFL Grand Final, tickets cannot be sold at all above face value without written consent from the AFL. The same requirements will not apply to weeks 1-3 of the Finals Series. The declaration requires the ticket price to be printed on all tickets that are purchased through the ticket agent to ensure the cost is clearly identified and cannot be sold 10% above face value for matches in weeks 1-3. The government will have authorised ticketing officers that will monitor resale sites and enforce the legislation where possible. There will be limited to no impact on Clubs, including for internal ticketing. If you would like further information on the Victorian policy or the restrictions that apply in other states, please feel free to make contact.
