Damien Hardwick has swung two changes for Saturday’s blockbuster Expansion Cup clash against the Giants.

Sam Flanders returns to the line-up after missing the win over the Blues with a back complaint, as does Alex Sexton for his fourth game of the season.

The duo come into the side in place of Bailey Humphrey (knee) and Malcolm Rosas Jnr (hamstring).

The SUNS will be eyeing a first win over the Giants since 2021 with Saturday’s meeting to be the first between the sides at People First Stadium since 2020.

Fresh off a career-best six goals in Round 22, Ben King’s season tally of 57 goals is closing in on the single season club record of 66 goals, set by Tom Lynch in 2016. Captain Noah Anderson is in contention to extend his lead in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year standings, with close mate Matt Rowell only five votes back in equal second position.

Gates open at 10:45am ahead of a 12:35pm first bounce, with a VFL curtain closer at 3:45pm.
