What is Grand Final Registration?
The (4) four Clubs who remain in contention for the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final must undergo a Grand Final ticketing registration day. This process allows all members with Grand Final entitlements to register for a Grand Final ticket if the Gold Coast SUNS qualify. All ticketing registration must completed by those 4 Clubs in the week of the Preliminary Final on the dates and times stipulated by the AFL via the Clubs. In the event the Gold Coast SUNS qualify for and WIN a Preliminary Final, the AFL and Ticketek commence processing Club member Grand Final ticketing and ballots from Sunday, September 21.
When would Gold Coast’s Grand Final Registration be held?
The Gold Coast SUNS Grand Final registration day* is set for:
Wednesday, September 17, 9am – 6pm
*Grand Final Registration Day will only be required should Gold Coast SUNS progress through to a Preliminary Final
How do I know if I’m entitled to register for a Grand Final Ticket?
Eligible membership categories can be found on the table here: Memberships & Ticketing
What do I need to do to register?
Eligible Club members with access to purchase Grand Final tickets will receive initial Grand Final registration information on Friday, September 12. This communications piece will include the priority group you fall into.
A secondary email with Ticketek registration links will be sent on Tuesday, September 16. The day before registration open.
What if I hold more than one membership, and both of those membership types fall into separate Priority Groups? For example. I have a Platinum reserved seat and a 3-game general admission membership.
For some members, this will be common. Members with more than one membership product will receive (1) one separate email per membership type which outlines the Priority group associated with each membership type.
In the example above;
Platinum members fall into Priority 1
3 Game General Admission members fall into Priority 3
If you wish to secure 2 (two) Grand Final tickets with the above 2 (two) memberships and sit together, both barcodes can be registered in Priority 3 only. A membership barcode associated with a lower Priority group cannot be registered into a higher priority group.
