Recruited defender Ryan Burton will miss the match with a hamstring strain, while Robbie Gray, Ollie Wines, Brad Ebert and Charlie Dixon remain on the sidelines.
Forwards Aidyn Johnson and Todd Marshall have both been omitted after last week’s loss to the Crows in the Showdown.
Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley has confirmed first-year player Zak Butters will return to the side for Sunday’s clash.
Six others have been included in the 26-man squad, with two potential debutants in Joel Garner and Peter Ladhams.
Former Brisbane defender Sam Mayes has been named in the extended squad and could be in line for his first game for the Power.
Joe Atley, Riley Bonner and Billy Frampton are the other inclusions named on the extended interchange bench.
The final teams will be announced at 5pm this afternoon, with the match kicking off at 12.40pm ACST on Sunday.
