Gold Coast SUNS pair Jy Farrar and Caleb Lewis have both extended their contracts with the club through until the end of the 2027 season.
Farrar is closing in on 50 AFL matches for the SUNS since joining ahead of the 2020 season. The crafty forward is currently sidelined with an ankle injury and is expected to return to action in the coming weeks.
Lewis joined the SUNS in the 2025 Mid-Season Draft as a key forward option but has added strings to his bow in 2026, deployed most frequently as a defender in the VFL.
“Both Jy and Caleb add valuable versatility to our squad and are capable of fulfilling multiple roles within our system,” GC SUNS List Manager Kall Burns said.
“We’re looking forward to seeing them both continue to develop under Damien Hardwick into the 2027 season.”
The pair are the latest to be locked in beyond 2026, joining the likes of Leo Lombard, Lachie Weller, Bodhi Uwland and Lachie Gulbin in penning extensions so far this season.
