StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduate Dylan Patterson headlines one of two inclusions for Saturday’s blockbuster clash against Collingwood at People First Stadium.
Palm Beach Currumbin junior joins fellow PBC product Ethan Read in the side, who returns to AFL action after two weeks in the VFL.
Patterson will become the 28th StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduate to represent the club at AFL level, and is one of nine Academy products in the side to face the Pies.
The pair come into the side in place of Jarrod Witts and Charlie Ballard (both omitted).
Saturday evening marks Ben Long’s 150th AFL game while the meeting is also the first between the sides since last year’s Friday night classic, which included Goal of the Year from Noah Anderson.
Ben King currently sits two goals shy of becoming the first SUN to kick 300 goals for the club.
Limited final release remain available for Saturday’s match, with the best way to secure your seat being a SUNS Blockbuster Membership.
Main gates open at 2:15pm with Gate 3 open from 10:45am for the VFL curtain raiser.
