The Gold Coast SUNS mixed it with the people of Currumbin on Saturday morning completing its final dedicated beach session on the pre-season adjacent to the Pirate Park.
The GC SUNS team completed the rigorous session prior to the team heading off to community camps in Rockhampton and the Northern Rivers region.
Under the early morning sun, the team took part in a boxing and swimming circuit, before completing the session with stretching in front of the locals.
The Currumbin beach session completes the GC SUNS tour of some of the Gold Coast favourite beaches over the summer.
The GC SUNS have also conducted beach training session at Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Kurrawa and North Burleigh since the beginning of the year.
