The first batch of Gold Coast SUNS players returned to pre-season training today.
Although a number of senior players are still on-leave, just over 30 of the SUNS youngsters got the 2012 campaign underway at Griffith University.

The players were spilt into three group, with new recruit Jackson Allen winning the first time-trial, joining Dion Prestia and Joel Wilkinson as group winners.
The GC SUNS will complete the day with altitude training and a skills session on the training field at Metricon Stadium.
