Please Note: The Round 3 SUNS v CROWS AFL game has been moved to 3.05pm

Important information for all attendees
Sunday's game will be very different to a normal SUNS match-day. Strict health and safety measures will be in place that must be adhered to. Those attending the match are reminded to adhere to social distancing guidelines, to practice good hygiene using the hand sanitiser provided and download the COVIDSafe App prior to their arrival at Metricon Stadium.

Only those with a valid ticket, issued via Ticketek, will be permitted entry to the match. Membership cards will not grant you access.

Seating
Members will be allocated seating via Ticketek and as such members will not have access to their usual membership seat. There are several seating restrictions in place from Queensland Health and the AFL and we ask for your understanding and support in sitting in the aisle and row listed on your ticket.

Once you arrive at the row listed on your ticket, there is no allocated seating, you may sit with your family and friends ensuring you leave two seats empty between your group and the next group of people/person.

As it is a 3.05pm game, please remember to bring your hat and sunscreen as most seats will be in the sun.

Your Ticket and Entry
Entry tickets will be sent directly to your mobile phone. Please ensure your mobile phone is charged to allow your tickets to scan on arrival at the stadium. Your ticket shows the gate number you must enter through, your ticket will not scan at any other gate. Gates open at 2.00pm however entry will be staggered to avoid queues at the turnstiles. You will also find a 15-minute window of time on your ticket – you must enter through your allocated gate during this time.

Gates will close at 3.10pm, entry after this time will not be possible.

Your membership card will not be valid for entry to this game.

Car Parking
Parking will be available. Car parking passes are complimentary and must be secured via Ticketek at the same time as your ticket(s).  Parking details will be provided as a ticket with details of the location provided on the ticket.

Public Transport
There will be no event public transport available. Taxis and ride share vehicles may drop off/collect passengers at multiple locations close to the stadium.

Customer Service on the Day
For any members who have a query, the Members Services windows will open 1.45am – 3.10pm, located at Gates 1 and 3.  The Member Service location at the Metricon Terrace will not be operational at this game.
