The Gold Coast SUNS can confirm that the club has advised Joey Daye that his contract would not be renewed next season.
General Manager – Football Operations, Marcus Ashcroft said it was important for all Gold Coast SUNS supporters to recognise the commitment that Joey has made to the club.
“On behalf of everyone involved with the Gold Coast SUNS we want to thank Joey for the contribution he has made to the club and our community.
“Joey was a member of our TAC Cup and VFL teams as well as being a part of our inaugural season. We wish them every success for the future,” Ashcroft said.
