The Gold Coast SUNS are pleased to advise that Brett Munro will join the club as Opposition Coach.
Munro joins the GC SUNS from the Carlton Football Club, where he has over eleven years of experience, including the past four seasons as full time Opposition Coach/Analyst.
GC SUNS General Manager – Football Operations, Marcus Ashcroft, said the club was thrilled to appoint Munro to the newly created role.
“We are really pleased that Brett has decided to join the Gold Coast Football Club.”
“Our football club and in particular the football department continues to grow, and it is important that we fill these roles with the best people who are respected in the industry.”
Munro said he was looking forward to joining the Gold Coast SUNS.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Carlton Football Club, however I’m really excited to be joining the Gold Coast SUNS,” Munro said.
Munro’s role will be based in Melbourne.
